Warranty & Guarantee Policy

We take great pride in the quality, durability, and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure customer confidence, many of our items are covered by limited warranties.


1. Warranty Coverage

Select furniture items come with 2 to 3 years of warranty coverage, including but not limited to:

  • Sofas & L-Shapes
  • Armchairs & Poufs
  • TV Units, Consoles & Coffee Tables
  • Bookcases & Shelving
  • Recliners
  • Beds, Night Tables & Dressers
  • Benches & Wardrobes
  • Dining Tables, Dining Chairs & Sideboards
  • Kids Furniture

2. Warranty Start Date & Eligibility


  • Warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only to domestic use.
  • A valid purchase receipt must be presented at the time of claim.

3. What Is Covered


The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the following structural components:

  • Wooden frames and bases
  • Wooden and metal legs
  • Inner and outer support structures
  • Hinged doors and hinges
  • Sliding doors and their mechanisms


Approved claims will result in repair or replacement at our discretion, based on the assessment of our customer service team.

4. What Is Not Covered

The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:

  • Products that have been:

- Misused, mishandled, stored or installed incorrectly

- Altered or modified after purchase

 - Cleaned with improper methods or harsh chemicals

  • Natural wear and tear, including:

- Fabric or leather covers

- Seat cushion softening or sagging with regular use

- Fading, scratches, scuffs, or discoloration

  • Products used in outdoor or humid environments
  • Knobs, handles, and other hardware accessories
  • Consequential or incidental damages, including damages to property or other items


5. Limitations of Service

We do not provide post-sale customization services, including:

  • Fabric change or reupholstery
  • Replacement of foam or fiber fillings
  • Changes to paint color, size, or structure

Our products are made to order with precision. If you require any alterations, we recommend consulting a professional service provider outside our network.


6. Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a claim:

  • Contact our Customer Service Department via Social Media or email
  • Provide your original purchase receipt and images of the defect
  • Our team will assess and confirm whether your product is eligible under warranty

If approved, we will coordinate repair or replacement as necessary.
