1. Terms of Sale

You may place orders for pro

ducts via the process outlined on our website. By placing an order, you agree to pay for the selected products if we accept the order.

• Before final submission, you will have the chance to review and correct any mistakes in your order.
• All orders are subject to acceptance. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt, which constitutes acceptance unless rejected within 48 hours via phone or email.

Customer Responsibility:

• Ensure that the items ordered can be delivered without issue to your desired location, including stairways, doorways, and hallways.
• Keep your contact details up to date for any necessary communication regarding your order or delivery.

Stock Errors:

• If a product becomes unavailable, we will inform you and offer a full refund if payment has already been made.

Transfer of Ownership:

• You own the products once they’re delivered and fully paid for.
• Responsibility for the product passes to you when it is delivered to you or a third party you assign.

Modifications:

• We may update these Terms periodically for business, legal, or operational reasons. The version active at the time of your order will apply.

Order Cancellations:

• If a customer consistently cancels or returns orders outside of our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse future orders and amend terms accordingly.

Right to Refuse Orders:

We may reject or limit orders placed under the same account, payment method, or shipping address. If this occurs, we’ll notify you using the contact details provided.

2. Product Prices

• Prices listed are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
• We may update prices periodically; however, these changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

3. Vouchers & Discount Codes

• Discount vouchers apply once per order and cannot be reused.
• Some vouchers may have value caps or exclusions, such as delivery charges.
• Only one code may be used per order.
• If a return causes your total to fall below the minimum spend required for a discount, the discount may be revoked.

4. Product Images & Dimensions

• Actual colors may slightly vary due to lighting conditions.
• All product measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 3%.
  

5. Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
• Any bank or processing fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• We use secure, encrypted connections for all payment transactions.
  

6. Delivery

• We currently deliver to addresses within Egypt (Cairo, Giza, North Coast & Ain Sokhna).
• Estimated delivery dates are provided in the order confirmation email and on the product page.
• In case of any unforeseen issues that might delay the delivery, you will be notified.  

If the delivery scheduled is canceled twice by the customer, and no alternative arrangements are made, we may consider the order canceled.

7. Our Liability

• Our products are intended for personal/residential use unless otherwise agreed.
• We are not liable for commercial losses or indirect damages unless sold via our business solutions team.

In case of breach:

• We are liable only for foreseeable losses, limited to the price paid for the product.

Force Majeure:

• We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.). In such cases, you may cancel your order and receive a refund.

8. Disputes

• All disputes related to your use of the website or orders placed through it will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Egyptian law.

9. Your Account & Password

• Keep your login details confidential.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
• If you suspect someone else has your credentials, notify us immediately.

10. Personal Information

• We may collect personal details like your name, email, and phone number when you interact with the site. You may visit anonymously, but some features may be restricted without registration.
• We may also collect non-personal data like browser type or device information for analytical purposes.

11. Website Use Policy

• Users under 18 are not permitted to register or use this site.
• All transactions are subject to Egyptian law.
• Users are responsible for maintaining records of transactions.

• We do not store or share credit/debit card information or personally identifiable data with third parties.

• We implement strict data protection measures to prevent unauthorized access or breaches.

We may revise our privacy terms occasionally. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of such updates.

13. Termination of Use

• We reserve the right to terminate access to the website or revoke your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all site usage. Continued dissatisfaction with our policies should result in discontinuation of your use of the site.
