Q1: How do I place an order? You can

place an order through our website. After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email if the order is accepted.

Q2: Can I cancel my order? Yes, but only

within 48 hours of placing the order. Since our items are custom-made.

Q3: What if I made a mistake in my order?

You can review and correct your order before final submission. Contact us immediately if a mistake is found after placing it.

Q4: What payment methods do you

accept? We accept secure online payments including Debit Card, Credit Card, Valu

Q5: Can I use discount vouchers? Yes.

Only one voucher can be used per order. Conditions may apply, such as minimum spend or exclusions.

Q6: Where do you deliver? We currently

deliver across Egypt: Cairo, Giza, North Coast & Ain Sokhna.

Q7: What are the delivery timelines?Most

Q8: Do you charge for storage?

Yes. Storage beyond 5 days incurs a 2% weekly fee based on the order value.

Q9: What if my address has access issues?

Please inform us of any limitations (narrow staircases, etc.). Additional charges may apply.

Q10: Can I return or exchange an item?

Only if the item is incorrect or faulty. You must report the issue:

  • Within 48 hours (initial claim)
  • Within 14 days (unused, in original condition)
  • Within 30 days (manufacturer defects)
Q11: What are the return conditions?
  • Original packaging
  • No signs of use
  • Not moved from original address
  • Installed by our technician
Q12: Are product images accurate?

We strive for accuracy, but color/texture may vary slightly due to lighting, screen differences, and natural material variations.

Q13: Do you offer modifications after delivery?
  • No. We do not provide:Fabric changes or reupholstery
  • Repainting, resizing, or foam replacement
Q14: What is covered under warranty?

2–3 years warranty for many items, covering:

  • Wooden frames & bases
  • Legs, doors, hinges, and structural parts
Q15: What is not covered?
  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., sagging, fading)
  • Outdoor or humid usage
  • Knobs, handles, or minor hardware

Q16: How do I file a warranty claim?

Contact Customer Service via Social Media or email. Provide your purchase receipt and defect images for review.

Q17: Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We use secure encryption. No credit card data is stored or shared.

Q18: Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes, but features may be limited. Users under 18 cannot register.
